The print heads

• Using ink jet TIJ2.5 generation technology, the print heads have a single print nozzle with a print height of 12.7 mm.


• The print heads are maintenance-free and disposable, with a long lifespan that allows them to print one litre of ink.

The resolution and speed

• The printer offers high-resolution printing for barcodes, ranging from 300*300dpi to 600*600dpi.


• It can achieve high-speed printing, with a printing speed ranging from 30 meters/minute to 304 meters per minute.

Design

• The computer serves as the control center, connected to the system using gigabit Ethernet connection mode. Each system controller can control 1 to 4 print heads.


• A control center can be connected to 6 systems for control and monitoring. Each print head can print different content or implement 12 inches (304.8 mm) wide printing.
